What cookies are

cx_adminKeeps our own staff signed in to the website's admin area. It is set only for staff who sign in, never for visitors. First-party, HTTP-only cookie.

Chat conversationOur chat assistant keeps the current conversation in your browser's session storage, so it stays open as you move between pages. It is cleared when you close the tab.

Analytics

These help us understand how visitors use the website, so we can improve it. They are used only if you allow analytics.

cx_vidAn anonymous, random visitor ID, so our own page analytics can tell a returning visitor from a new one. First-party cookie.

Our page analyticsOur own first-party analytics records the pages you view, how long you stay, the referring page and campaign tags, and your device, browser, screen size, language, time zone and approximate location (country). With analytics consent it also stores your IP address and the visitor ID above. This data stays with us and is not sold.

_gidGoogle Analytics. Distinguishes visitors over a day. Third-party cookie set by Google, kept for 24 hours.

Marketing

If you allow marketing cookies, advertising and remarketing tags loaded through Google Tag Manager (for example Google Ads or social media pixels) may set cookies to measure our campaigns and show you relevant ads on other websites. Live chat and functional

When live chat is enabled, Zoho SalesIQ may set cookies to connect you with our team, keep your chat going across pages and remember that you have talked to us before. These cookies are set by Zoho. See Zoho's cookie policy for details.

How to change your choice

Use the Change cookie settings button on this page, or the Cookie settings link in the footer, to reopen the settings at any time. You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings. If you block strictly necessary cookies, some parts of the site may not work. Withdrawing consent stops new optional cookies from being set; cookies already set by third parties can be removed in your browser.

We may update this policy when we add or remove tools. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
