What is the difference between transactional and promotional SMS?
Transactional SMS carries OTPs, alerts and account updates and can be sent at any time. Promotional SMS carries offers and marketing and, under Indian rules, can only be sent between 9 AM and 9 PM.
Do I need DLT registration?
Yes. Indian regulations require businesses sending commercial SMS to register their entity, sender IDs and templates on a DLT platform. We guide you through it.
Can I send SMS from my own software?
