What is Transport Genius?
Transport Genius is cloud based transport management software. It covers bilty (goods received), challans with TDS, lorry trip sheets and diesel, freight invoices, payments to hire parties, reports and accounts.
Does Transport Genius handle TBB, To Pay and Paid bilty?
Yes. You choose the GR type on every bilty, along with the billing party, consigner, consignee, e-way bill number and who pays GST.
Does it calculate TDS on lorry hire?
Yes. TDS on lorry payments is calculated automatically on the challan, and the pending amount to the hire party is shown after TDS, advance, commission and diesel.
Can one challan or one invoice cover many GRs?
Yes. You can load multiple GRs on a single challan and bill multiple GRs on a single invoice.
