How do you estimate cost and time?
After a requirement discussion we share a scope document with phases, timeline and cost. Larger projects are usually split into phases so you can start small.
Who owns the source code?
Ownership is agreed in the contract before work starts. For fully custom projects, we discuss handing over the source code to you.
Can you extend one of your existing products instead?
Often, yes. If Auto Genius, Petro Genius or another Genius product already covers most of your need, customising it can be faster than building from scratch.
Do you support the software after launch?
Yes. We offer maintenance and enhancement support once the software is live.
